TSJ Hall & Chapel offers a fully accessible space perfect for a variety of community and private events.
Rental Fees
We welcome groups to use our facilities with the understanding that they accept complete responsibility for the actions of all participants at their event. Trinity St. James Chapel Trustees/TSJ Hall Association cannot accept responsibility for those who attend such events.
At its discretion the Chapel Trustees/TSJ Hall Association may require the renter to provide a certificate of insurance from their insurance carrier or arrange coverage through the Diocesan carrier in accordance with the guidelines of said Diocesan carrier policies.

Hall Rental Fees
The current rental fee for the TSJ Hall without kitchen facilities is $25 per hour. For information with regards to fees with kitchen use added and/or the chapel rental please reach out to the Association President or the Trustees listed under Contacts.

The maximum permissible capacity of the chapel is 90; the TSJ Hall is 75.
No smoking in the building or on the grounds.
No animals are permitted except helper or guide animals.
Alcohol consumption is prohibited unless an LCBO permit is obtained and posted at the event.
Catering fees are the renter's responsibility, and arrangements for said payment are solely with them. Caterers will leave the facility as they found it.
Payment for repairs or damages incurred is the responsibility of the user group.
Opening and closing of the facility are the responsibility of the keyholder.
The person signing the rental agreement is responsible for events occurring at the facility and as such they, or their representative, is expected to be present in the facility during the duration of the event.
